ORDERING

1. What types of payment methods do you accept?

  • You can pay via PayPal

2. When will I be billed for my purchase?

  • Our site charges at the point of sale, so your PayPal account will be charged as soon as you order.

3. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

  • We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at meow@meowbaby.eu to see if a modification can be made.

4. When will my purchase ship?

  • We want you to have your ball pit as soon as possible, so the items typically ship out 1-6 business days after the order is placed.

 

2. SHIPPING

1. How long will it take my package to arrive?

  • Orders within the contiguous USA are shipped from Stratford, CT, and typically ship in 16 business days, depending on the destination location.

2. What is the shipping price ?

  • Shipments throughout the United States are free, except for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico – the cost of delivery to these destinations is $100.

3. How can I track my order?

  • You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

4. What shipping methods do we use?

  • We ship exclusively with UPS.

5. What happens if my order has been returned to sender?

  • Orders that have been returned to sender will be treated as regular returns and refunded upon receipt, minus the cost of shipping. If you would like to still receive your item, please place another order through our site and make sure the address is correct 🙂

 

3. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  1. What is your return policy?
  • We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery. The items bearing traces of use may not be returned or exchanged.

2. What should I do if I received a defective product?

  • If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect meow@meowbaby.eu so we can look into it right away!

3. How will you receive paid-up funds back ?

  • All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

4. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Yes, you send the returned goods at your own expense.

5. Do we offer exchanges?

  • Yes, we offer exchanges for unused items. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply contacts us at meow@meowbaby.eu.

6. Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?

  • Yes, you send the exchanged goods at your own expense.
