How does dropship works? With E-Doggy, you can advertise some or all of our products at your web store. You do not have to hold any stock yourselves. When your customer places an order with you, simply login to your partner account and place your dropship order online. We then pack and dispatch your order to your customer directly, in plain packaging and no mention of E-Doggy and prices.   Through dropshipping, you make your profit on the difference between the dropship and retail price. We offer you a very attractive margin to increase your revenues. And all without having to spend a single penny in advance on stock. At E-Doggy, we do not charge you monthly or annual fee for using our dropshipping services. Getting Started: 1. Sign in as a Business Company Fill in and provide as much information about your business as possible. This will help us process your application. In order to protect our traders, we do not approve application automatically, but process each application carefully. 2. We will send You a Folder for Partners This file contains all our products that are currently on sale on our website and all the information you need. This file has the retail prices. 3. Download products picture and description This is a file containing all E-Doggy product pictures that you need to upload to your website. This file has the product description Ordering Placing your dropship order is easy, in just 3 simple steps. Login into your partner account. Find the product and add it to the shopping cart. Checkout and pay for the order using credit/debit card or PayPal.  Dropship orders are dispatched on prepaid terms. We accepts all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. E-Doggy also accepts bank transfers as a form of payment. Orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account. We do not accept personal or business cheque. We aim to ship all orders within 1 – 2 working days from when it is placed. Shipping is free for Customers in European Union. If you provide us with an invoice to go with the order, please send it to and this will be provided with the order. Otherwise our standard dispatch note will be provided to the customer. Our standard dispatch note contains your contact details, our order number and product name and its quantity. There is no mention of or prices. Customer Returns If a customer needs to return the product, they deal with you as their main contact and contact you first if they have any issues. If you need to send the product back because it is faulty then you can do so and if we confirm it's faulty, we will send out replacement free of charge. If a product needs to be exchanged, due to incorrect size or other reason, then we charge a further shipping rate to cover the postage. Customer is responsible for returning the incorrect/unwanted product to us. Shipping charge is not refundable. Please encourage your customers to measure their pet correctly to ensure that they choose the right size to start with.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need some advise.
